Send a Case

Physical Cases:

  1. Download and fill out a prescription form (download here).
  2. Request a shipping label (click here)
  3. Our team will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label.
  4. Follow the instructions below to ship the package:

UPS Shipping instructions:

  • Disinfect and place the impression in a sealed bag. Wrap each bag individually with bubble wrap or foam padding. This protection will ensure your impression doesn’t get damaged during transit.
  • Additional bubble wrap or shipping paper should be added to fill empty space and help avoid movement or possible breakage during shipping.
  • Print the shipping label we have emailed and tape to the top of the box. 
  • Drop off the package at any UPS location (https://www.ups.com/dropoff/)

Note: Package will ALWAYS be dropped off at UPS despite label saying “USPS”

Digital Cases:

UCL accepts digital files from most major digital impression systems. Alternatively, your office can send a prescription using our Lab Case Management tool when sending STL files directly to the lab.

  1. Visit www.portal.3shapecommunicate.com
  2. Log in or sign up for an account
  3. Click the “Connections” tab at the top and click “Add Connection”
  4. Connect with Ultra Core Labs by inviting scanner@ultracorelabs.com
iTero
  • Send an email to: iterosupport@aligntech.com with the following information:
    • Subject: iTero Lab Locator: please add this lab to my iTero account
    • Your Office ID:
        – Your Office ID can be found on your scanner, go to settings (the gear icon on the top right) then tap on system information. Look for “Office ID”.

Medit
  1. Log into your Medit link account.
  2. Navigate to and click “Partners” in the left tab.
  3. Send partnership request to scanner@ultracorelabs.com.
  4. Submit .STL files for fabrication

Email STL File

  1. Email the case information and stl file to support@ultracorelabs.com
  2. Please include: Office name, Patient name, Due Date, RX instructions and scan file (STL).
