Important Guidelines for Submission
Help us help you! To keep things running smoothly, please include all required info along with any special instructions. Our technicians are committed to delivering exceptional results, but this depends on receiving clear, accurate prescriptions. Illegible or incomplete forms may result in potential remakes or delayed turnaround times.
Please Note: We require 10 business days to process most cases. Physical cases require additional time. We do offer rush services. Please contact us for rush cases. Pickup and delivery days do NOT count toward turnaround time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
